A California native, Daniel graduated from the US Naval Academy in 1993 with an aerospace engineering degree.  He served six years as a surface warfare officer leading a steam engineering plant on a helicopter carrier and a detachment of six hovercraft powered by gas turbines.  Afterwards, he spent seven years with a scientific distribution company, learning about supply chain and operations.  The accumulation of Daniel’s experience created a strong foundation which supported his successful recruiting career.

Daniel brings over 15 years of recruiting experience to Cohen Partners.  He understands what it takes to place inspirational leaders into critical roles benefiting start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.  Daniel’s mission is to help improve company culture and performance through hiring effective leaders who endures and make a lasting difference.  His focus is supply chain and operations, but he has proven to successfully place top performers in other industries and functions.  Bottom line, Daniel will partner with you throughout the search process by listening to your requirements and collaborating with you on securing the right solution.
