Dan graduated from the University of Florida and earned his commission through Army ROTC.  He has led soldiers and commanded in airborne units with deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq, but it was as an Observer / Controller at JRTC Ops Group where he discovered a passion to teach, coach, and mentor.  After 8 years of active-duty service he made the jump to recruiting, where he has helped hundreds of military leaders find civilian careers.  With over 15 years of industry experience, he has never wavered in supporting veterans in transition.
