Everyday military veterans transition into Corporate America and one of the challenges they face is navigating the job search process. With a recruiting background in military, agency and corporate setting, Angelo Deleon understands those challenges.

With a long family history in military service, Angelo decided to follow suit and enlist into the US Army in 2007. Angelo attended Basic Combat Training in Fort Jackson, SC followed by Artillery training in Fort Sill, OK and shortly after deployed overseas in 2008 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon return from a fifteen-month deployment, Angelo served the rest of his Army career as a Recruiter helping young men and women enlist into the Army.

In 2017, Angelo left the military and began his civilian career as a Military Candidate Recruiter with Lucas Group helping highly talented technical veterans transition into Corporate America. After gaining the knowledge and foundations of recruiting, Angelo transitioned “In-House” recruiting for top Defense companies, Northrop Grumman and L3Harris where he was an Engineering Recruiter supporting different programs within the organizations.

In May 2022, Angelo joined Cohen Partners. His passion for veterans ultimately landed him with a group of successful, professional military recruiters who have decades of experience helping veterans transition into Corporate America.

Angelo spends his free time with his fiancé and son exploring Austin, Texas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Post University and is an avid fan of the Los Angeles Lakers and Chargers.
