Reach out to us on our Contact Page and we will get back to you within 24 hours. One of our partners will discuss an appropriate fee structure based on the military profile you want to hire and email that agreement to you for signature.
How do you find your candidates? How do you screen them for what I need?
Our long tenure with military recruiting gives us deep networks in both the officer and enlisted communities who trust our guidance when they transition. It’s important for us to spend time with you learning the appropriate military profile that meets your needs – both specifics and intangibles. We won’t send you candidates unless we’ve done that.

How do I sign up as a Candidate? What documentation do I need to provide? Is it free?
Go here to register: Quick Registration. Provide a copy of your DD214 if you’ve already separated. Provide a copy of your military evaluations if you are still active duty. Plan on spending time talking to us about what is important in your job search. (What else?) If you are a candidate, there is no fee to work with us.
I see you host virtual hiring events. How do I register? Is there a fee to participate?
Our virtual hiring events are invitation-only. Please reach out to your Cohen-Partner’s rep to make sure it is the right event for you. We do not charge client companies or candidates a fee to participate in these events.
